How the Shoot Day Works

Pre-Shoot Planning Call

We schedule a 15-minute call to confirm your shoot date, discuss what you want captured (grooms, shop tour, demos), and answer any questions about logistics.

We Arrive & Set Up

We arrive 30 minutes before your first appointment to set up cameras, lighting, and audio. You groom as usual—we capture everything.

On-Site Capture

1-2 hours of filming: grooming transformations, shop tour, tool demos, behind-the-scenes moments. We work around your appointments and don't interrupt your workflow.

Raw Footage Delivery

Within 7 days, you receive a secure cloud link with all usable footage organized by category (transformations, tour, demos, etc.). Ready for editing or posting.

Common Questions

We adapt to your space. A standard grooming station (6x8 feet) is enough. We'll position cameras to avoid interfering with your work.

We use professional lavalier mics to capture clear audio even in noisy environments. Background noise is normal—we account for it.

Yes. We provide a simple model/pet release form for you to have clients sign on the shoot day. Takes 30 seconds. We'll send it when you book.

You know your clients best. We recommend booking dogs you're confident will handle cameras and extra people. If a dog is uncomfortable, we pause and move on.

Yes. If you're outside OC/LA or need editing, check our done-for-you media packages. You film, we edit + strategize remotely.

Reschedule anytime up to 48 hours before your shoot day (no fee). Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50%. We'll confirm all details 3 days before.
